Xbox One to Overtake The Wii U Lifetime Sales in The UK
The Xbox One has now sold around 150 thousand units in the UK alone as it moves towards the end of the first week of being on sale to the general public. The figure of Xbox One’s that has actually been sold has is already double what the Xbox 306 sold when it initially launched way back in 2005.
Now these sales figure are only a few thousand off of what the Wii U has managed to sell in its entire lifetime in the UK, this just goes to show just what a start Microsoft and Sony have got over Nintendo at this moment in time. Nintendo has struggled to sell its console ever since it was launched over a year ago, however according to their CEO they arent giving up just quite yet.
To date, the Nintendo Wii U has sold 3.91 million units worldwide, the Xbox One is expected to beat the lifetime sales of the Wii U in the UK by the end of November the 25th.
